Dear Gates of Hillsboro Friends and Families, 

We now have online payments available as per many requests from our residents. You still have the option of making the annual dues payment via check or through the bank check if you prefer. All annual fees are due by 18 March 2026 

Effective 19 March 2026, 12:01AM LATE FEE  + INTEREST HAS BEEN ADDED.  
 

When you click on the link below to make a payment, you will be asked to register with HOA Messenger. There is also a slight fee for online payments.

 

PAY HERE  You will need your address and the amount that is owed on the invoice. If you do not put your address, we will not know what address for the payment.

Non-Lake Home: $219.65   Valid until 31 May 2026
