Hello potentially new homeowners, renters, and real estate agents,
We have a new Orientation committee that would like to meet with you to review a few key notes from our covenants along with answering any questions you may have about our HOA prior to buying or renting in our community. Please email us at [email protected] to schedule a meeting.
Homeowners, remember you must reside in your home for 2 years prior to renting it to others. This is a single family homeowners' association so please rent appropriately. Renters must follow the covenants also as they are residing in our community. Any and all violations will be sent to the homeowner as it is your responsibility to make sure your renters follow our convenants.

NO AIRBNB OR VRBO type RENTALS AT ANY TIME IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD
